The first time I brought the car in I found Eakle's very accommodating in scheduling a convenient appointment as well as my needed pick-up time based on the work to be done. I had my brakes done on an older car They did a great job of informing me of potential issues with my brake caliper if they couldn't remove a rusty bolt. Some shops would have simply told me to replace the caliper. Eakle's took the extra few minutes of time to see if they could remove it and they did saving me a the cost of a new caliper. All the work was done efficiently and the new brakes are great. I also liked that they didn't push lots of extra services that I often get when bringing in an older car. I cost for the work was what I expected as well. I will definitely come back for my next service.

I live in Bel Air but have known about this place through family. Whenever i have any big issues or concerns i will make the trek to Ellicott City just so I can have them check it out and fix what they see. They are super trustworthy and have talked me out of fixing things (that didn't truly need fixing yet) that other companies told me I needed to do now (and would cost me hundreds of dollars).
