Took my car to have the theromast replaced so ce the check engine code indicated that it was faulty. Drop off was easy and they called when they were open to ask about service that I wanted. I requested an oil change in addition to the theromast replacement. I normally do the work but have been busy with caring for family members. I picked up the car when they said it was ready. I was shocked that the bill was over $500.00!!!!! I think that it would have been $300.00 at most since I could have done it for under $100.00. They were friendly but costly. I should have asked for an estimate but thought that they would be reasonable based on the high ratings.

They are great there. Everything from start to finish. They are fair, honest and reasonably priced. I will not take my car to another place. They treat you like family!

My car suddenly shut off while I was driving down a highway, as the alternator went bad. Not only did Eakle's Auto Care take my car on short notice, they kept me updated on the process and got my car back to me the same day. The guy was super nice to me, and gave great customer service.
