Great service as always. Have used Eakles since 2021, after moving to Ellicott City. Brought my car in to check the starter due to problems starting the car. The battery was only 1 year old, so assumed it was the electrical system. They told me battery was failing and to return it where I bought it for a warranty replacement, which I did. I feel Eakles always does quality, competitive and honest work.

Friendly, honest, fast, and excellent communication to let me know status. Accurately diagnosed issues and fixed them. I think highly of Eakles and will you will remain my first choice for future car service needs.

5 stars! I took my Toyota Avalon Eakles to get a second opinion after the dealership told me I needed $2500 worth of repairs. Eakles inspected the part that Toyota insisted needed replacing. I did not need the part. I saved $2500. Im only taking my cars to Eakles moving forward

I've been taking cars and vans to Eakle's for over 30 years. Always fair, great service, and wonderful people. We moved away from Columbia a three years ago and I still bring any work to Eakle's since I can't imagine any other place being as good.

Weve taken our vehicles to Eakles Auto Care for over 40 years now. Cant recall a time when the customer isnt immediately greeted and made to feel welcomed. Family-owned and operated, the staff is professional. Its not uncommon to see a tech accompany the customer to the vehicle to gain a better understanding of a particular issue. They will follow up and call the customer with an update and/or if there are further issues that should be discussed before proceeding with the repair. The work is typically completed timely, and Ive always appreciated the quality of their work. My recent experience with this garage was no different. Needed our over-25 year-old F-150 serviced. Among the items was a worn and leaking return fuel line that Ford evidently no longer makes, so Timmy made up a new fuel line and installed accordingly.no big deal and all in a days work for which I was appreciative. Ive recommended Eakles Auto Care to many people over these years because of their fairness and good work. If youre in need of auto care, consider this auto care shop; you wont be disappointed.
