These guys Rock! Tim and his team provides a very honest and quality auto service. I have been coming here the last 10 years. It is the only place we take our cars. I trust their expertise and the prices are fair. I once had one of my cars still under an new car dealership maintenance program. Took my car in for an oil change at the dealership. They recommended that I replace the front and rear brake pads and turn all the rotors as soon as possible. Worried I had contacted Tim for some brake quotes and he gave me a better price of a few hundred dollars lower for the same quoted work. Tim preordered the brake parts. I took my car into Eakle's for the brake work. A few hours later Tim calls me to let me know that no brake work was needed. The brakes pads, and rotors were fine, he charged me only $40 for his time and to send the brake parts back. I ended up doing the brake work with Eakle's 10 months later. I do about 15000 miles every year on this car. Who does that?! He could have just replaced the brake pads and turn the rotors, I would not known any different. No more Noise! Eakle Autoshop. I have a 2016 Elantra and it had generated really loud noise recently while driving and braking. Asked dealer shop and two other body shops last 2months. They said rotor and break need to be replaced and it cost $500-$600. When google showed 4.9starred review, I hope Eakle's autocare might diagnose better. And YES they did. They found the issue was left front tire and rotated on right rear. and it only costs $36. Steve, the mechanic was really professional and his explanation was very detail in kind. My car is now quiet as new. No more noise! My other minivan needs a tire replacement and tuning so will be back to Eakle's autoshop soon. Howard county, you can trust this bodyshop.
