Eakle's Auto Care is one of the few places that I feel comfortable taking my vehicles for repair. They listen to you when you are tying to explain a problem and will give good advise on repair needed. They have always competently done the work requested. They do care about your vehicles. Called on Friday to explain the problem with my car (ignition switch), and make sure they could service it. I told them make and model. They referred me to a towing service, who towed the car there over the weekend. When I called on Monday, they said they don't do that kind of work and to take it to a BMW dealer. Because of their unprofessional approach to service, I paid for towing twice. Advice for anyone thinking of using Eakles Auto Care is to not use Eakles Auto Care.
